We're looking for a dynamic Manager of IT, Systems and Infrastructure to support our technology team and drive innovation across our retail operations.
Overview: Reporting to the Director, ERP & Systems, the IT Manager, Systems and Infrastructure will be responsible for the strategic and operational execution of IT systems across all retail and corporate functions. This includes infrastructure, POS systems, cybersecurity, e-commerce integrations, ERP, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will bring experience in retail IT environments, ability to execute alongside the team while leading from the front line, and a passion for driving digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of IT initiatives aligned with business goals.
Partner with, support, and mentor a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, support staff, and developers.
Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, endpoints, and cloud services.
Ensure the reliability and security of retail systems including POS, inventory, and payment processing.
Collaborate with retail operations, e-commerce, finance, and merchandising to understand IT needs and implement effective solutions.
Partner with cybersecurity experts to protect sensitive customer and company data.
Support vendor relationships and IT procurement, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Monitor KPIs to evaluate IT performance and service delivery.
Support with IT-related projects such as system upgrades, rollouts, and store openings.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Core Competencies
Familiarity with Business Central and Microsoft Azure services, cloud architecture, networking, and security
ITIL or PMP certification.
Change management and digital transformation experience.
Qualifications
7–10 years of IT experience in a related field.
Proven experience in the retail industry, with hands-on understanding of POS, inventory management, and omnichannel systems.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead from front line in partnership with team to execute.
Solid understanding of networking, cloud solutions (AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong experience with ERP and CRM platforms (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, Salesforce).
