We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior IT Manager, ERP, Data and Systems to lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise technology platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring that enterprise systems support business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and scale with organizational growth.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience managing complex system environments such as ERP, CRM, and other business-critical platforms.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior IT Manager, ERP, Data and Systems to lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise technology platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring that enterprise systems support business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and scale with organizational growth.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience managing complex system environments such as ERP, CRM, and other business-critical platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).
- Oversee system implementation, upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of system administrators, analysts, and developers.
- Ensure system performance, reliability, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Establish governance frameworks, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party service providers.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across enterprise platforms.
- Lead incident management, risk mitigation, and disaster recovery planning.
Projects, Enhancements & PMO Support
- Support data migrations, system upgrades, and new implementations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities
- Align with PMO governance on timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Work closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT
- Ensure timely and accurate data setup to support campaigns and operations
- Provide guidance on data standards and best practices
- Support consistent omnichannel customer experience
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree considered an asset)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems, IT leadership, or solution architecture roles, ideally within retail or multi-location environments
- Hands-on, proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Strong experience with AL / C/AL development and customization within Business Central
- Demonstrated experience working as a technical lead or solution architect, with ownership of system design, integrations, and architecture decisions
- Strong understanding of ERP, POS, and eCommerce ecosystems (Business Central, Magento or similar platforms) and how they integrate end-to-end
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS or Google Cloud also considered) and system integration architecture
- Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL and Power BI/Tableau considered strong assets
- Solid understanding of retail systems, data flows, and operational processes across multi-store environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

This is a hybrid opportunity (4 days in office)
Starting salary for this position: $120,000
